Tomb Rider reboot with a younger Lara Croft

The news repeats the same story that becomes more than a trend.
Re-launch of old franchises not only strengthen the thinking of many, the ideea that Hollywood lacks original scripts.
The famous Tomb Rider game that quickly became a success, perhaps because the game heroine Lara Croft was a young sexy and skimpy dressed (the game even had a nude version) becaming a film in the true sense in 2001 when director Simon West has staged the film Lara Croft: Tomb Raider
The two film versions of the game had some success, earning enough mainly because had a star like Angelina Jolie.
Recently GK Films, which works closely with Warner Bros. has acquired film rights to the game , announcing as expected, that they will make a Tomb Rider movie reboot.
Surprising?
Knowing that this will happen from now on with all the original works that were already part of an original film, probably with video games that have had a screening, the news are not a surprise.

Lara Croft's future is in the hands of producer Graham King (Rango, Town) wich acquired the rights for Tomb Raider and will produce with Tim Headington (Hugo Cabret, The Tourist).
The film will be an attempt to revive the franchise and bring to the screen the origins of Lara Croft character, which means a younger pretender to the role and a different approach of the script and film.
The attempt is planned for 2013.

What we say?
It will be hard to get Angelina Jolie out of our mind as Lara Croft.
What do you say?
