Captain America First Avenger is going to have Alan Silvestri's score

Marvel Studios just named a composer for the future bluckbuster Captain America: First Avenger.

Acording to Film Music Reporter, Alan Silvestri is going to make the soundtrack for the Captain America movie.
Alan is well known for his score from Back To The Future or Forest Gump, having scored for more then 100 movies and it's one of the oldest composer in the industry, previously working for comics themes, in 1995 providing the soundtrack for Judge Dredd.
He was nominated for an Oscar back in 2005 for Best Song in The Polar Express and in 1995 for best soundtrack in Forrest Gump.
Silvestri also has two Golden Globe nominations for the same films.

It looks like Oscar-nominated Alan Menken is involved in the soundtrack.
Directed by Joe Johnston, Captain America: First Avenger it's going to be realeased in U.S. theaters on July 22 and in Britain on July 29.
