Just when you thought you saw the gang from American Pie one last time, sure you didnt think that Universal has a comeback for the film. It seems that Universal is formally negotiating with the three original film cast , Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott and Eugene Levy to appear in new movie entitled American Reunion, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
I knew for some time that American Pie will get a return, and that the intention was to reunite the original cast members, and that the writers Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg (Harold & Kumar) will write the screenplay for American Reunion, wich is now the confirmation that we will reunite for sure with one of the most famous teen movies.
Even further, negotiations are on the way with Thomas Ian Nicholas, Tara Reid, Chris Klein, Mena Suvari, Jennifer Coolidge in order to resume their roles in the movie. American Reunion, which would officially be the fourth American Pie movie with original cast, but the number eight in a movie franchise that launched some direct-to-DVD sequels, could treat the subject of the original gang returning home for their meeting in Michigan.
